The first thing I ever wanted to be, once I realized that people had jobs and just living in the library wasn't an option, was a therapist. I attended undergraduate at Purdue University, where I majored in Psychological Sciences and Sociology. From there, I obtained a Masters of the Arts in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, a Masters of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Louisville, and a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville. I am training to be certified with ProDoula.
I have been in the social services field since 2000.
